Solar Active’s solar car resource covers concepts in GCSE science, maths, use of algebra and geometry applied in a useful way. Students gain skills in problem solving, are given the opportunity to re-apply knowledge and test ability to use it. Students gain knowledge for a solid grounding in core principles of climate change science and for teachers to achieve sustainability curriculum targets to promote careers in STEM subjects.
